Public Confessional 3.1

So, for the first time in the game we earned $4, we doubled our pot in 30 minutes, which I think is a very good achievement. Well done all those involved in the challenge, oh wait, that was nearly all of us :D
The activity of this game surprises me that we are all on and such, I think it makes things so much more interesting. We are really getting into the swing of things and I know everyones names, numbers, speech patterns etc etc.....Even the occassional private joke and mole discussion session....really, its game on.

So it is with all this comradery, with all this joy from winning four dollars that it is left for me to remind everyone JUST HOW BADLY WE PERFORMED IN THAT CHALLENGE! Now - let us not forget, this challenge was a very tough one and getting four dollars is more then anyone could have predicted, its just - we kinda....well....lucked out.

There was no teamwork at all, even getting everyone to say a number was hard enough. Maybe you thought that person was the mole, or bad at expressing themselves? Hello? There were three pictures per monument! We lost a lot of time due to peoples pride and stubborness and wanting to do things their way right then and there. Too often is this the case, and it really needs to stop.

If before it felt like I was telling people off in my blog posts, I wasnt, I just wanted to say things and I do so bluntly. Now, however, I am telling you off, and I'm telling myself off too. Everyone speaking and coming up with ideas is fine. However, arguing that your idea is the only one that we are allowed to do, is not. Stopping the flow of the challenge to have an argument because your pride (remember we are ALIAS' here!!) wont allow it, also is wrong. I am not promoting myself as someone that is always right or always a team player, what I am saying though is that we spent 10 minutes getting the first monument pictures described to us, and we made most of our money in the last few minutes.

We haven't got to the betrayal or lying challenges yet where we could lose all money gained in one swift blow by someone. They are when we shout and yell, not yet. We need this pot to be as large as possible now so that when they come, we have something to be proud of.
